Sebastian Peck Partner at KOMPAS VC Sebastian Peck is a founding Partner at KOMPAS, an early-stage venture capital firm funding breakthrough innovations that accelerate the decarbonization and digital transformation of the built environment and the manufacturing industry. Fund I (€135 million) invests globally in early-stage technology companies in Europe, Israel, and the US.

Sebastian started his career at the Boston Consulting Group and later joined the TMT advisory team of UBS Investment Bank, providing corporate finance services for telecoms, media and technology clients. Since 2010, Sebastian has been involved in early-stage technology businesses as an operator and investor. As co-founder and CFO / COO of Digital Science, a leading provider of scientific software, he successfully built a global business from the ground up. In 2016, Sebastian was appointed Managing Director of InMotion Ventures, Jaguar Land Rover’s venture capital arm, which he led for five years before setting up KOMPAS as a founding Partner.

Sebastian’s investments at KOMPAS include Makersite, a leading AI-powered product lifecycle analysis platform for industrial products, Findable, an AI platform to automate building documentation management, and Modulize, a software solution provider for the modular construction industry. At InMotion Ventures, his investments included Lyft, the ride-sharing company, Circulor, a supply chain tracing solution to support sustainable sourcing practices, andAscend Elements, the battery recycling company.
