Before joining Sandwater, Adele had a more industrial lens to the investment opportunities in decarbonization from her role on the investment team of Aker Horizons, developing companies building out renewable energy and green industry value chains. Prior to Aker Horizons, Adele worked in management consulting at Qvartz and Bain & Company in New York, and for UBS Investment Bank in London.

Adele holds a BSc Economics from the University of Warwick and a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management.
