Vadim Shpak

Vadim Shpak is a Venture Partner at Vickers Venture Partners, a global venture capital firm investing in deep technology and life sciences. He has over 20 years of experience in venture capital, fundraising, and cross-border investment, helping founders commercialize breakthrough technologies and scale internationally.

Based between Europe and Asia, Vadim works closely with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and innovation ecosystems to bridge capital, technology, and global markets. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Asia Institute of Digital Finance (National University of Singapore) and teaches venture capital at Nanyang Technological University, where he focuses on technology commercialization, venture investing, and deep tech growth.
