Toni Mikkonen is the acting CEO of the Finnish Climate Fund. During the past ~6 years he has also served as the Investment Director and COO for the fund. Previously Toni worked 10+ years as a strategy consultant and advisor for private equity investors, portfolio companies and industrial multinationals. Before consulting Toni has a few years of experience as a deep tech startup co-founder and CEO as well.
Toni is focused on solving the scaling and FOAK (first-of-a-kind) funding, structuring and capital stack optimization and de-risking challenges of later stage ventures. Toni is especially interested in industrial, cleantech and other deep tech hardware B2B companies.
