Minna LeisvuoriInvestment Advisor to EIC Fund Minna has 20 years of experience from transaction consultancy, corporate and investment banking as well as institutional asset management in the Northern Europe with hands on experience ranging from complex capital market transactions and M&A to advising and financing small, mid-sized and large global corporations, private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as institutional investors. Before joining EIB Group’s investment arm EIF, she was Head of Global Products, Responsible Investments and Fund Brokerage for BNP Paribas Asset Management products in Finland, working also as a Client Executive for a diverse portfolio of institutional investors advising and developing investment solutions that match their needs. At EIF she was responsible for consultative fundraising in the Nordic region from national ministries and national promotional institutions to design and implement business angel, venture capital, private equity and debt as well as infrastructure fund-of-funds and co-investment schemes in collaboration with EIF to address identified funding gaps in the national and regional ecosystems, and to implement policy goals of EU, national or regional government. In her current role Minna makes direct equity and hybrid-equity investments into start-up and small companies to develop and scale up game changing innovation on behalf of EIC Fund, which is a unique fund owned by the European Commission. The investment strategy covers all deep tech areas including in particular health, green and digital. |
