Michael Baczyk

Michael Baczyk is an investor at Heartcore Capital, where he leads the firm’s quantum and deep tech investing. He sources and backs quantum startups globally, from hardware and software to enabling technologies, and curates Europe’s Quantum Builders, Heartcore’s invite-only series for quantum founders and researchers. Before Heartcore he led the global expert team at GQI, the quantum industry’s leading economic intelligence firm. His background spans Cambridge, ETH Zurich with research at CERN Quantum & AI and Los Alamos, two global quantum hackathon wins, and recognition as Europe’s best young scientist at EUCYS.
