After a distinguished 13-year career in the armed forces, where he held pivotal leadership roles in Iraq and Afghanistan, Marko transitioned to the private defense sector in 2016.

In his defense industry career, Marko has held a variety of roles, from business development to senior management, consistently demonstrating his ability to lead and inspire teams. He brings a unique blend of self-motivation, resilience, and deep expertise in team leadership and management, particularly in environments that integrate both civilian and ex-service personnel. His leadership style focuses on empowering individuals to overcome personal challenges, grow, and exceed their limits in a supportive and empathetic environment.
