Maria Pennanen is the co-founder of Accelerator Frankfurt and the CEO of Mindclip Behaviour an Ed-tech startup. She is a serial entrepreneur and a business angel with a focus on Fintech, AI and SAAS. Her passion is to support startups in the early and growth phases. She has over 10 years of experience in Entrepreneurship and 17 years in operational roles in multinationals. Maria has advised over a hundred start-ups. In 2016 she co-founded Accelerator Frankfurt, which was nominated as the top 25 most innovative acceleration of the world, focusing on Fintech, Blockchain and female founders. Maria was nominated in 2017 and 2018 as the leading FinTech Influencer in the German-speaking world. 2019, 2020, and 2021 she was elected as one of the EU’s top 50 influential women in Startups and VCs. She is also the author of the book “How to f*ck up your startup”.
