Kadi-Ingrid Lilles is a Partner at Iron Wolf Capital, the Baltic Sea Region-focused deep tech, AI, and defence, sovereignty, and resilience fund. Previously, Kadi has worked in VC in Germany and the US, helped develop the startup ecosystem in Estonia, and been a startup operator focusing on marketing and communications. At Iron Wolf Capital, she drives investment operations in Estonia and leads the fund’s platform strategy.
